Find your size in thirty seconds
The reliable way: stand on a sheet of paper with your heel against a wall, mark the tip of your longest toe, and measure the distance in centimetres. Do it at the end of the day, when your feet are at their largest. Then find that number in the table below.

- ASICS Gel-Kayano 14: true to size but narrow through the midfoot. Wide feet: go up one.
- Saucony Omni 9: true to size, slightly snug. Between two sizes, take the larger.
- On Cloud: true to size, narrow build. Wide feet: go up one.
- Nike Air Max 95: runs small and narrow. We recommend one full size up.
