Returns & refunds

30 days to return

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return. The sneakers must be unworn, in their original box and with everything that came in it (including both sets of laces).

This 30-day window covers and extends the 14-day right of withdrawal that applies to all EU consumers.

How to return

1. Email hks.sneakers@gmail.com with your order number and the reason.
2. We send you the return instructions within 24 hours.
3. Once we receive and check the sneakers, we refund you within 10 business days to your original payment method.

Parcels returned without contacting us first cannot be accepted.

Exchanges

Need a different size? The fastest way is to return your pair and place a new order, so the size you want is reserved for you immediately.

Wrong or damaged item

If you receive the wrong model, size or a damaged pair, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We cover all costs to fix it.

Sale items

Everything in our store can be returned under the same 30-day policy. Nothing is sold as “final sale”.
