Customs and duties: parcels to the United States may be subject to import duties and fees, which are not included in the shipping price and are the recipient's responsibility. Your carrier will contact you if anything is due.
Tracking
You get a tracking number by email the moment your parcel leaves. If it hasn't arrived by the last day of the window above, message us and we'll chase it — you don't have to deal with the carrier yourself.
Returns
- 14 days from the day your parcel arrives.
- Unworn, with the original box and both sets of laces.
- Message us first and we'll send you the return instructions.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 working days of the parcel reaching us.
Wrong size? Tell us and we'll swap it for the right one, subject to availability. If your size has sold out, we refund you in full.
