Free shipping is 8–14 days with no minimum. Standard is 3–5 days to Spain and Portugal (€4.99) or 4–6 days across Europe and the UK (€7.99). Express is 24–48 h to Spain and Portugal (€7.99) or 2–3 days across Europe and the UK (€12.99). Standard is free over €120. US: €24.99 standard, €49.99 DHL Express.

Which size should I take?

ASICS and Saucony run true to size (between two, take the larger). The Air Max 95 runs small — take one size up. On Cloud is narrow — size up with a wide foot. Or use the size finder above.

Can I send them back?

Yes: 30 days, unworn, in the original box with both sets of laces. Refund within 10 business days of receiving the pair. Wrong size? Return and reorder so your size is reserved immediately.

Are they new?

Every pair is brand new, never worn, in its original box with two sets of laces. Each order is checked by hand before it leaves Madrid.
